MeldingHe may have been hacked. Or, you're anti-virus for exchange did a
number on them. Do a brick-level backup restore of his mail box. If you're
using ArcServe or Veritas backup, it's real easy.

  Unfortunately I use one storage group for all users, I am using E2k.  I
checked for filters but none was found present.

  You propobly cant restore a single mailbox, unless you've got E2K and an
explisitt storage group for this user.

  Any chance he's got a filter activated on his mailbox ?

    HeY Guys,



    Your help is need, one of my user apparently lost some mails between a
two day period and I am not sure what happen to his mail box.  I am thinking
maybe his mails got deleted, only some mails are gone.

    How can I track what problem occurred?

    How can I restore his mail box for that day?

    I do regular/daily backups.

    Just his mail box because no one else has this problem.

    All help appreciated.
