The DNS servers that you see listed in your domain's DNS report, did
you configure them and add a TXT record with your SPF details?
Adding a TXT record to your internal DNS will serve no purpose; you
TXT record must be provided by the authoritative DNS servers specified
for your Internet/public domain.
