Hi,

If you don't have the Exchange Blackberry Enterprise Server, then
there's a 'Desktop Redirector' that you can run - this requires you to
leave outlook running, but then it forwards all email from Outlook to
the BB

Take a look on the CD's that came with the handheld, or you may be able
to download it from http://www.blackberry.net

Go into ADUC(active directory users and computers), open your user
account > Exchange General tab > Delivery Options > select Forward to
and enter your BB email address there (see my note below), make sure you
check "Deliver message to both....." so you receive it in your oulook
and on BB.

Now, I am not too sure if you can directly enter your BB email address
here under "forward to", if not, you might need to create a mail enabled
account in your AD (the email address is your BB email address), and
enter this newly created account here intead of quoting BB email address
directly.

Thanks,
Manjeet

How do I setup a feature for a user's mailbox to be able to recieve the
email to Outlook/Exchange account as well as a copy forwarded to the
client's Blackberry account? Please advise.
