Hi Ian

We also using Trend Client Server messaging suite. We have updated scanmail as
well.It is strange as we have about 10 sbs installations with only a few giving
problems. We are trying Macafee ATP with no hitches as of yet.
Watch this space.

Steve -

Thanks - I thought of this too.

I remove Trend Micro Client Server Messaging Security Suite for SMB v3.0.

I reapplied the SP2 with no luck and I am currently not running Antivirus on
that server.

Funny thing is that I did not have any problems with the install on Win2003 Ent
and Exchange 2003 Ent. Just on SBS 2003 Premium.

Both machines running the same Antivirus Solution. I will contact Trend Micro.

Hi there Ian.

I can't say jumping the gun with SP2 on SBS2003. It has resolved a lot
of issues on a couple of servers. We currently are looking for a
resolution but from what we have noticed it has something to do with
Anti virus scanning.

Subject: [exchangelist] SP2 Problem - Incoming e-mail messages are stuck
in queue!

Hello - I jumped the gun and installed Exchange SP2 on SBS 2003 with all
the
updates.

Now all the incoming e-mail message are stuck in the local delivery
queue
in
a retry state.

I found KB896363 which discusses this EXACT thing but the hotfix (that I
had
to call for) is for SP1 not SP2.

Can anyone help?
