Click match #3 at hellomate.typepad.com and search the comments for "sp1".

You probably installed Exchange 2003 SP1 at the same time as this "memory
dump". As of SP1 Badmail is turned off by default, but those comments
explain how to turn it back on.

Subject: [ExchangeList] Re: SMTP question

Eversince we did a memory dump on our smtpout server (for Microsoft),
the badmail directory is no longer collecting NDR's. Does anyone know
how one can re-enable this feature?
