MessageIn Exchange System Mgr, under the smtp queues, there are several queues
that are in the retry state and they reference sites I'm pretty sure folks
aren't sending to and they have some messages in them. When I highlight the
queue, click on Action, custom filter, enumerate... I get messages listed to
postmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxx The properties of the queue show that "the remote
server did not respond to connection attempt."

Guess I don't quite understand the scenario and would like to know some more
about the functionality here.

Thanks.

Could someone point to a reference or give an explanation of the SMTP
Queues that are present in Exchange2K... I have several that are in a retry
stage, but haven't noted folks having problems.

    Thanks..
