Install new pc as a new DC in current env ..install exch and move all the 
mailboxes to new branded machine ...uninstall e2k and demote old dc ...
 
This will ensure good uptime..

it seems u have small environment..if its upto 50 users env..then u can use SBS.

HI all
 
I have Exchange DC ,DNS DHCP in one machine. I want to shift everything to 
other machine (Branded server) without changing any setting. and want to put 
ISA on new machine also. Means new server will contain. ISA, EXCHANGE,DC,DNS 
DHCP.. what is the easiest way to do it without loosing any setting..
