As far as my knowledge No need to go upto MX part. Just tell ur exchange to
listen all ip adress i,e create a new smtp virtual server. Make sure u give a
mx record in ur dns server. But hakam plz remember this is only IDEA I HAVE
TO IMPLEMENT IN MY CORPORATE ALSO. This is the only idea right i have??

  Thanks and Regards,

Just put another NIC in your Exchange server and tell Exchange to listen
to all IP's on that computer. You'll also need to add another MX record to your
DNS for the domain(s) will work BUT IF ANY BODY WORKED OUT SUCCESSFULLY PLEASE
REVERT BACK.
