I need to know how to do it, please notice the the 2 server I have one with sbs 
and the other has no SBS or exchange.and if you please explain the MX  part.

  Just put another NIC in your Exchange server and tell Exchange to listen to 
all IP's on that computer. You'll also need to add another MX record to your 
DNS for the domain(s) will work BUT IF ANY BODY WORKED OUT SUCCESSFULLY PLEASE 
REVERT BACK.

        What exactly u mean by making e-mail active  all the time even if 
server is down. Make a Red-Hot spare.

        HI EVERY BODY 

        I noticed that a second NIC was mentioned BY (Deshwal Chand and Venu 
v), any idea about making e-mail active all the time even if the server is down 
for some reason, do i have to make available a second or a backup server if I 
have to. please if any one have the best way to keep the mail running, by the 
way I have 2 servers one with SBS2000 the other is for accounting system with a 
different domain name.
