Generally, the error means you don't have enough permission. :-)

Try doing it as an Enterprise Administrator.

        Hi ALL !
        In my organization i have one domain and two subdomains. When i
try to
        install RUS service for one of the sub-domain i recieve "Access
is denied". At the same time
        i can install this service for another.
        How can I resolve this problem ?
