Rules suddenly stop working

Hi All,
I'm having a very odd problem. Everyone came in this
morning, opening up Outlook, and suddenly many (not
all), of our Outlook rules seem to be working anymore.
We are running OUtlook 2000 on Exchange 5.5 SP3.
Any ideas?
