RGC can be created only between two Exchange 2000/2003 servers. Can you
verify that your RGC is pointing to a valid SMTP VS in both sites. Make
sure the SMTP VS instance is running in both bridgehead servers. Have
you checked other settings, the Connection time for the RGC, and other
restrictions. Has anything been changed from default RGC settings ? If
possible give the settings of the RGC as it appears in both bridge head
servers. I am sure you have checked the DNS and general network
connectivity between the two sites.

Raj

Mark,
Do you have at least one Exchange 2000/2003 server in each site ? Or do
you have pure Exchange 2000/2003 and pure Exchange 5.5. site in mixed
mode?

Regards,

Raj

We are currently in the process of Migrating to Exchange 2003 from
Exchange 5.5, We have managed to set up coexistence successfully but
when
we move our site connectors to become routing group connectors the mail
stop flowing. Has anyone experienced this problem before

Regards
Mark
