Yup
Your mail is probably failing the sender verify test.
You need to make sure your RDNS is correct or whatever else Verizon want
you to set up...ie SPF
S

Subject: [exchangelist] Routing
http://www.MSExchange.org/
We are forwarding a users emails to his Verizon.net account. He can't
receive any messages that our Fax Maker server sends. They get cault in
our Exchange Queues with a SMTP protocol error occurred. The message
shows the fax number, of the sender, followed by @faxmker.com. Verizon
says that the message probably fails the sender verify test. We can
forward to gmail, yahoo, sbcglobal and hotmail with out any problems.
Any ideas?
