Hi Adam,
If you want the user to receive but not send any emails, edit the user
properties, and set the "Sending message size" to 0KB.

Subject: [exchangelist] Restrict a user's ability to send email

Is there a way to restrict a user's ability to send email? I see where
you can restrict who they receive email from, but I want to shut down
their ability to send email.

I'm running Exchange 2003 Enterprise with Service Pack 1.

Thanks!

Adam Hanel
