Hi all, I have a user who has set up a public calendar for scheduling rooms. How or where do I go to add to the list of resources that would not be a user. ie; just a room number. So that when someone request to reserve a room that they have the list of resources to choose from by creating a new appointment or meeting. Not sure if I have to add rooms to the GAL or not. I have set the "Room" Calendar as a moderated folder. Or just point me in the right direction. Oh wait a minute I cant do that, I just run in circles.
