What crashes?  The backup or the store?  A 9 error is telling you that you
have problems with the hardware.

Hi,

We are using Arcserve for taking backup of Exchange 2000. The problem which
I am facing is that when i take the it crashes. On checking the Event
Viewer, I found in the System Log the below mentioned Error
