Resolution for Event ID 9

Hi,
We are using Arcserve for taking backup of Exchange 2000. The problem
which I am facing is that when i take the it crashes. On checking the
Event Viewer, I found in the System Log the below mentioned Error

Can someone please let me know the resolution for the same as i am not
able to take the backup of my server.
