Mark,

I missed this one in the newsgroup, when you compose a new message do
you see the "From" field, if not, go to the View menu when you composing
a new message and select "From Field", she should then be able to select
her managers name from the list.

Hope this helps

Subject: [exchangelist] Replying to messages on behalf of another user

All

My client wants to have his PA reply to messages on his behalf, and for
his e-mail address to appear as the Sender.

Currently when she opens his inbox (she has been delegated as an
editor)and replys to a message, her own e-mail address appears as the
sender.

Is there a method of appending his address to the response?

They are using MS Exchange 2000 and MS Outlook 2000.
