I have seen this happening only for mails received from external sources. If
the mail is internal it does not happen. Piers's linked document also gives
very useful information, but the document states it happens only when you
use IMAP. In may case this happens even with standard Outlook with MAPI. Are
you running Outlook with MAPI or IMAP ?

I m using outlook 2002. when I hit reply all button my own email is coming
there and every time  I have remove it manually.  Please any one have idea
how to get rid from this???
