Rich, I'm in the same boat as you (Exchange 2003 with a cuda 300). I have 1 (reported) user with 1 particular message that's being redelivered every 83 minutes. What firmware are you running? I'm on v3.5.09.015. How old is the cuda? I don't believe it's a problem with exchange at all. I ended up blocking the sender on the cuda, not exchange. After one block, the offending email server never came back. Barracuda support couldn't find anything wrong with our box, either.
