In that case, I think Mark has a good answer in downloading ADMODIFY
(there's a .NET version available at
http://workspaces.gotdotnet.com/admodify

Hi Al

I expected it to give me that option too but it didn't? I had exactly the
same problem with our old completely separate 2000 Organisation too.

I must admit I really wouldn't know where to start with a script.

May thanks for your help anyway.

Regards,

Paul Lemonidis.

When you removed the address, did it not give the option to remove it from
the recipients? Another way to remove them would be to use script.
Something along the lines of for each user, check proxy addresses, and if
match to *@domain-d.com <mailto:*@domain-d.com> remove, commit, log, etc.

Hi all

I have what I hope is a quick question.

I have 4 STMP domians setup for my new user accounts under reciepient
policies. Thus when a new user is created they get the addresses
<mailto:joe.bloggs@xxxxxxxxxxxx> joe.bloggs@xxxxxxxxxxxx
<mailto:joe.bloggs@xxxxxxxxxxxx> ; joe.bloggs@xxxxxxxxxxxx
<mailto:joe.bloggs@xxxxxxxxxxxx> ; joe.bloggs@xxxxxxxxxxxx
<mailto:joe.bloggs@xxxxxxxxxxxx> and joe.bloggs@xxxxxxxxxxxx
<mailto:joe.bloggs@xxxxxxxxxxxx> for example.

However, I wanted to remove one and have duly done so. However, the removed
domain is still assigned to the current mailboxes. My question is how do I
remove them without going to each mailbox in turn and manually removing them
please?

Many thanks in advance.

Regards,

Paul Lemonidis.
