I didn't want to create a profile for every user that I need to delegate
permissions.  This number could reach over 100 users.

Without giving 'full mailbox access' in ADUC, how can I remotely give a
user access to another user's Calendar or Contact?  This is usually done
on the user's PC in Outlook through Tools, Options, Delegates.
