Use Terminal Services Remote Administration mode and "Delegate Control" in
Active Directory so that user only has permissions to a certain OU.

Subject: [exchangelist] Remote Exchange Administration

http://www.MSExchange.org/

We have a situation where we could profit from the skills of
an experienced ES admin in another office on another continent. I'd like
to set her up with access only to a specific OU, and with specific rights
on our ES. Can anyone point me to some information for doing this? We have
a PIX with a VPN accelerator, or could use Remote Desktop.
ES 2003, SP1, plenty of bandwidth. Thoughts, suggestions, experiences very
welcome.
