Set it up on another workstation, that's what I do.

Is there another method similar to the Exchange 2000 method? I'd like to
keep my profile open all the time.

Devon, with Exchange 5.5 it is very simple.

You just need to set up a profile in Outlook that is for "testing" purposes
(you can just call it TEST). Setup the profile using YOUR mailbox at first,
then go into TOOLS, SERVICES, ADVANCED tab. Under Logon Network Security
change it to NONE.

Now whenever you login to that (TEST) profile, you will be prompted for a
username and password that has access to that whatever mailbox you are
trying to open. Just change the mailbox in Exchange Server properties each
time you want to access a different user's mailbox, and use the Exchange
Administrator account to log yourself in to anyone's mailbox.

Regards,
Wes

If by remote delegation you mean allow person X to send as or read user Y's
maibox, then sure. You need to have a wokstation set up with the Windows
2000 admin tools, then you need to install the Exchange Administrative Tools
from the Exchange 2000 install disks.

After these two steps are complete, Start Active Directory Users and
Computers. Next go the the View Menu and Select Advanced Features. Next
selcet the User who's mailbox you want to delegate.Select the Exchange
Advance Tab. Then Click on the Mailbox Rights button. You can then set the
appropriate permissions on the mailbox.

Is there any way, as an administrator, I can do remote delegation for
Outlook clients? Right now I have to go to each client then click Tools,
Options then Delegation to set their delegation.

I want to do this from my desk as some computers are not readily available.
