They use a leased line. But some users are use dial-up to download
mails, especially the account I'm trying!!!

I need your help because I've a problem sending mails only to
accounts in our other company. I can send mail to any other domains but
when I send an email to this domain it shows me the following

There was a SMTP communication problem with the

To my knowledge this is due to Relay restriction, but I setup my
SMTP settings according to the exchange documents and I can send to any
other domains. What cause the problem? From my side or other side!
I'm using E2K SP3, W2K SP4. I did not change any thing in
recipient's policy and others.
Please help..!
