when u telnet, you are issuing a direct connection to your SMTP port (i.e. TCP 
port 25). Your mail server recognizes this as a remote connection as you do get 
to authenticate yourself.

So when you try to use an external domain to relay messages to, it looks like 
spamming and treats it likewise.

But I think you can use the AUTH command to work around this. Not sure about 
that though.

Can you please explain the concept here ? 

What i understood by relaying is that i use someothers exchange server to send 
mails .

But here iam using my own exchaneg server to send mails to my friend .
