Recipient policy

I am trying to create a recipient policy that will not only create the
default SMTP address (logonname@xxxxxxxxxx) but also in the following
format: firstnamelastname@xxxxxxxxxxx Default is
firstinitialfirstnamelastname@xxxxxxxxxxx
What would be the LDAP attributes I would need to list before the @?
