- Receiving external mail to a Mail-Enabled Public Folder

Has anyone gotten this to work? I've tried everything I know plus
anything I found during my research of the issue. I can not get this to
work.
The messages sit in the Local Delivery queue on the Front-End server and
never make it to the back-end public folder store. I've set perms on the
folder to allow anonymous.

Any ideas?
