Check that your Recipient Update Service is configured to point to a valid
DC and Exchange server.

Subject: [exchangelist] Receipient policy not applied to User
Hi All,
What I have
- Windows 2000 Server & AD
- Exchange 2000
When I create a new user, the default recipient policy is not being applied
to the user. What could be causing this problem. I do not see any suspicious
logs in my event logs. My exchange server is not installed on the same box
as the AD machine.
Please advice.
