There is nothing built in to Exchange 2003 sp1 or prior that provides
this capability.

I've been digging around to see how to make this capacity available in
our Public Folders and it seems it is either 3rd party aggregators or
event-sinks that are required. Am I missing any other options? ES2K3 on
W2K3
