Is it part of the GroupShield service set (likely)?  You'll have to check
with GroupShield to see if it is part of their product (you could just
right-click the rpcserv.exe file and look at the properties to see if NAI or
Groupshield is listed anywhere in there).

Hi,
I just uograde to exchange 2003 and Groupshiel 6 sins de upgrade when i
check running processes i see 5 x RPCServ.exe running.
Is that normal of i have problem on my server.
