RPC Server is unavailable c00706ba

Hi All,

 

I have Single Exchange Server for multiple child domains AD. My Exchange
server is sitting on the forest root domain.

We had recently migrated from old exchange server to a new one using
move mailbox option. We have moved all the roles & referrals to the new
exchange server and finally after testing it for a couple of days
formatted the old server.

 

My old exchange server was domain controller as well. Which was clean
removed from AD.

 

Now it's been 1 month that my old exchange server has been formatted. 

Now when ever I open Exchange System Manager I started getting the
following error:-

 

The RPC Server is unavailable

Facility: Win32 ID no: c00706ba

Exchange System Manager

 

I've tried KB article 271328. But no result.

 

Any ideas?
