yes , But this proced to check only GAL.
I had the same problem that you have, but my problem was RUS not working.

RUS? Recipient Update Service? It's working fine, my GAL gets updated when I
add/remove new users. I usually run it manually, is there a way to check to
ensure it's accuracy?

I have "Recover Deleted Items" available to me, yet it is not working. When I
go to select that option, it is greyed out. On the server I have the option
checked to retain deleted items for 15 days. Am I missing a configuration
somewhere? Does anyone know of a knowledgebase article that may help me, or
personal experience?
