Assunto: [exchangelist] RE - Hi All

Well, since everyone else is introducing themselves....

See my son's web site <> for
pictures of my family and some history of myself.... Feel free to sign the

I am 29 years young with 8 years in the IT field. I have been married for 5
years and have a 15 month old son named Nolan Wall. Being a father has
really changed my perspective of 'career comes first' to 'career....what
career' :-)

I started in the IT field with small business sales after failing to make it
in a professional baseball career - and yes, I named my son after the great
Nolan Ryan.... I played college ball and played in the Brewers organization
for about 5 months. After injuring my arm for a second time (broke it twice
while pitching), I was 'released' from the team and then had to refocus my
career life. I began by completing my college degree in Information Systems
and Operations Management.

I have progressed from IT Sales (pc/server equipment) to Helpdesk Tech, to a
Jr. Systems Admin, Sr. Systems Admin and for the past 3 years have been the
Sr. Exchange Administrator for my current employer. I figure this is a good
path that will open many doors for my career as there are two constants that
I have found in the IT industry regardless of the business type. They are
electronic communication technologies (everyone needs e-mail) and data
center storage methods (SAN, NAS, Direct Attached, Backup/Restore, etc...).
My direct goal is to become a SME in these two fields and see where my
career goes from there.

By the way, thanks for all the info that I have been provided by the members
of this group.
