You should have said that on your first post then. John does have the answer;
he just wants to teach you how to find answers on your own.

If you have your Windows and exchange server with all service packs applied and
all hotfixes, you should investigate a hardware fault. Blue screens are caused
by hardware faults, mostly.

I think John has helped many people here around and you don't have the intimacy
to address him like that.

  do u think u r are only administrator in this world?
how can expect that i had not diagnosed my prob myself.
if u can't help then what the hell are doing in this exchange list.
i think u should leave this list right away.
this is very much easy to critisize somebody when u don't have the answer.

i have gone thr. the internet and found that this is related to any hardware
prob. with exchange server.
but i have a brand new server hardware and i had also get it checked with
there is no prob. with my hardware.
thats why i am disscussing the prob. here.
and if u can't help then keep ur mouth shut and go back to ur home
i can give u a reward if u can give a perfect answer for this.
