I had this experience.
Try to install SP4 and clear the event log.
Go to the Knowledge Base and see the articles ...
I think that problem will be solved with isinteg.

Hi all,

I help problem with Echange Server 5.5 Sp3, it was
installed on \\ntserver\exchsrvr\, and ntserver is
PDC, but ntserver crashed a few day before, i keep
imcdata, mtadata, dsadata, mdbdata folders only,
I reinstall Echange Server on another server and do
recovery but not successfull,
Please help me,
