You can try this:

Open Microsoft Exchange Administrator --> [Site name] --> Configuration -->
Servers --> [Server name].

Open Properties of [Server name] --> IS Maintenance.

The time to maintain IS is the time to send the users alarms.

If you want to send alarms per 24h, you can choose to maintain IS only 15'
each day from 11.00 AM to 11.15AM.

Hope this help.

Ha.

Subject: [exchangelist] Administrative messages "over quota" every 15
minutes.

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hello all !

I have a problem with my Exchange 5.5 server on some mailboxes.

Due to the room on the server I limited the exchange folder size to 500Mo
for each user.

When a user goes over the 300 Mb he gets a message from administrator,
that's ok, but he gets it every 15 minutes...

Is there a way to configure the server to send those messages every 24h per
example ;-)

(sri for my bad English)
