RE MAIL BOUNCES BACK - EXCHANGE 2000

Internal mail is working perfect and so is sending out the messages. But
when I send an email from Yahoo! to user@xxxxxxxxx <mailto:user@xxxxxxxxx> ,
the bounces.
Here is the error I am getting,
