Did you try restarting the Information Store service?

Whoops... I have to do a precisation:
The error with outlook appears when I try to create an exchange
connection. I enter the server name, then the mailbox name and he says
that he cannot find that mailbox in the address list... very
frustrating! I tried every combination of name@domain, name, server with
netbios name, server with dns name, ip...
