Quick Question

Hello all, I am new to this forum but believe it is the same one I subscribed 
to before this year.  Just a quick post for some quick advice:

1.  I have 20 users that are all using the Outlook 2002 client to hit an 
external POP3 server with SMTP services as well.  That works fine.  And I have 
them with mail delivery to a server based PST so that they can roam.
2.  My problem is that roaming profiles work pretty well except for downloading 
the account and PST location settings.  I have tried with 4-5 users bit get the 
same result where I have to manually set up the user´s Outlook settings every 
time I login to a different computer.  The profile settings under AD are 
correct.  Can anyone recommend a good KB article or advice for me to look at.  
I am stumped and would really like to give my client true roaming profiles even 
with Outlook.
