That will teach me not to read the whole thread.
 
Well, you could bind another ip to the external interface then publish
it but if you cant do that use the smtp relay on the isa and let it
collect mail for all domains and forward to whichever internal server
(mail relay) it belongs too.

what I want  to publish another exchange server with same IP address ..

Simple with ISA, 

 

Secure mail server wizard will publish, smtp and or imap pop etc etc to
the internal smtp server.

Web publishing rule will publish the OWA website on the internal server
as well.

 

Follow the guide Tom gave you, you cant miss.
