RE: Public folders in Outlook- can be more accessible?

You should be able to add those public folders to the navigation pane
shortcuts ( it's that little up arrow that points to the right) or you can
add the old Outlook bar to 2003. Search technet for "WunderBar".

Sorry, should have mentioned we use Outlook 2003, which no longer has a
Shortcut Bar.
