You must have deleted item retention enabled under Public Folder Store
properties first -- then add the DumpstersAlwaysOn reg hack. Once that's all
done and something's deleted, you click the public folder via Outlook, Tools,
Recover Deleted Items. Folders can be restored as well.

Subject: [exchangelist] Public folders

On E2K, if you are running public folders and Joe User deletes a file stored
there, how do you recover it? I know you can do a full public folder restore,
but that seems like overkill and you lose any new data that was put on the
deleted file. I can also see not knowing who Joe User is that deleted the file
if it's used by multiple people. Any ideas?
