[ExchangeList] Public folder problem

Hi all,

I have created a public folder on exchange 2003. When i send mail from external domain to this folder I am getting the error below:-

The message reached the recipient's e-mail system, but delivery was refused. Attempt to resend the message. If it still fails, contact your system administrator

Any idea related to this....
