We have only 250 MB white space in Pub.edb, but 1221 and it is getting
terminated

Did it ever have content other then system folders? Check for event id
1221 to see how much whitespace is in the pf db.

Experts,
I have one Exchange 2k3 server which is not having any Public folders
other than System folders.
The concern is when there are no user public folders why the DB size
shows 6 GB?
