Check out http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/mf019.html We have Resource Mailboxes created for 4 Conference rooms and several company vehicles. We use Outlooks Meeting organizer to book the rooms or vehicles. Our Admin Assist are setup as Delegates for Managers so they can do the Meeting requests on behalf of the Managers. Overall we have everyone trained on using the meeting organizer to schedule meetings and or book resources. >-----Original Message----- >From: Dave Flaim [mailto:thethin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] >Sent: Wednesday, January 25, 2006 12:51 PM >To: [ExchangeList] >Subject: [exchangelist] Public calendars > > >http://www.MSExchange.org/ > >We have 5 conference rooms - is there an easy way to have >these conference >rooms have calendars that can be maintained through Outlook by a few >administrative assistants? > >We currently have Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 server and the >clients are >running Outlook 2003. > > >Thanks >Dave Flaim > >------------------------------------------------------ >List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist >Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp >------------------------------------------------------ >Visit TechGenix.com for more information about our other sites: >http://www.techgenix.com >------------------------------------------------------ >You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion >List as: ltruskowski@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx >To unsubscribe visit >http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist >Report abuse to info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Lonnie Truskowski Information Technology Manager Borton-Lawson 613 Baltimore Drive, Suite 300 Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702-7903 V. 570.821-1994 x236 F. 570-821-1990 www.borton-lawson.com
