Al
What are replication limitations - can you expand on that a little bit more?

Theoretically, yes there is a limit to the number of PF's you can
have. I've seen many thousands (tens of thousands for that matter) of PF's
and it *works*. The key to keeping it usable is organization. You have to
keep it organized and stay on top of it. One of the best things you can do
is limit the number of top level folders you have since it's harder to
prevent users from creating them like they do files :) Replication
limitations and common sense are your best guides.

Conflict resolution kicks in. The last one usually wins, but if the
conflict occurs, the owner(s) of the folder gets a conflict notice.

You may want to use files or even sharepoint if document conflicts
are a potential issue.

Is there a limit to the number of public folders or the amount of
data that can be stored in Public Folders - (other than physical limitations
of hard drive, etc)

What happens when someone wants to edit a document that is in a
public folder - or two people try to edit at different times - then
synchronize Outlook - do they overwrite what the other person may have put
in?
