Public Folders Synch Issue between sites - HELP!

Greetings,
I need some help with an issue regarding public folder synchronization.
Currently, we have an exchange mail server that is also hosting all
exchange public folders in Site1. We have a second exchange server at
Site 2 that simply replicates changes (but does not have an actual
public folder structure on it). I created a couple of public folders on
the exchange server in Site1. Although users local to that server can
view the public folders from within their Outlook sessions, folks at
Site 2 still can not see the newly created folders.
There seems to be a synchronization issue between the two sites and
servers. Any help with troubleshooting this issue would be greatly
appreciated.
