Public Folders

I have created a public folder in my exchange 2000 server. I am the owner
of the folder and I had given owner rights to this public folder to
another administrator. The other administrator is trying to create a view
for this public folder in his MS outlook but his getting the following
message: "Outlook can not save the view, you do not have permission to
save a view visible to everyone in this folder". Thanks in advance!
