What version of Exchange?
If its Exchange 2000, then all you need to do is go into Exchange System
Manager, expand Folders > Public Folder, open the properties for the folder
and then goto Exchange Advanced and clear the checkbox "Hide from Exchange
address list", you can also do the same kind of thing in 5.5 but I cannot
remember where it is :-)

Is it possible to put the public folders SMTP address in GAL, like we have
contacts, DL's etc so that i can select the address from the GAL and send
the the mails directly to public folders?
